Job Description

We are hiring Female HR Recruiters to join our team. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing talent through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth hiring and onboarding. Candidates with prior experience in Non-IT recruitment will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection). Manage bulk, mass, and lateral hiring requirements. Recruit candidates using job portals, social media, and other channels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Maintain a talent pipeline and ensure timely closures. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Skills Required
