Instead is a next-generation AI-powered tax platform re-inventing how taxpayers and professionals manage taxes. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be building production-ready, AI-driven features that power both customer-facing products and internal tools. You will work across the stack (front end, back end, and AI integrations) to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that improve customer experiences and support innovation in tax technology.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development – Ship end-to-end features for the live platform (front end, backend, infrastructure). Product Improvements – Implement enhancements based on customer feedback and analytics. Bug Fixing & Optimization – Debug and resolve critical product issues across the stack. AI Integration – Build and integrate tools for production-level inference, prompt engineering, and AI workflows. Internal Tools – Develop internal platforms that improve engineering and team productivity. Collaboration – Work closely with US-based product teams to deliver features and resolve issues. Innovation – Explore, test, and implement cutting-edge AI technologies in real-world use cases.

Skills Required

• Experience shipping customer-facing products at scale. Knowledge of LLM-based development and AI production pipelines (Langchain
