Job Description

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and support of the MFR project. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively, driving innovation, building high-quality software, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be actively involved in the full software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and support.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications for the MFR project with a focus on performance and quality. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards. Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide long-term solutions. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-focused applications. Mentor and guide junior developers in technical areas. Recommend improvements to products, tools, and development processes. Handle multiple tasks seamlessly, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Skills Required

• Strong coding and debugging skills. Experience with design and code reviews. Hands-on experience in unit testing and test case development. SQL Server and database expertise. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
