React Native Lead

At Innovapptive, we are transforming industrial front-line and back-office operations with our “Code-Free” connected worker platform for SAP and IBM Maximo. We’re seeking a React Native Lead to design, architect, and deliver next-generation mobile applications that empower industrial workers and back-office teams globally. You will lead a team of mobile engineers to build scalable, high-performance mobile solutions that delight our global customers while driving innovation in mobile technology.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of robust, user-centric React Native mobile applications. Architect and implement reusable components, modules, and libraries for cross-platform use. Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor and guide a team of mobile engineers, promoting best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD. Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experiences across iOS and Android. Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation within the mobile team.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Information Technology
• or related field. 7+ years of experience in frontend/mobile application development
• with at least 4 years focused on React Native. Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• TypeScript
• and modern mobile architectures. Solid understanding of native build tools (Xcode
• Android Studio) and integrating native modules. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs
• third-party libraries
• and version control systems (Git). Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers. Strong debugging
• optimization
• and performance tuning skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Good-to-Have / Bonus: Experience working in a product company or startup environment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cross-platform mobile frameworks.
