QA Engineer

Job Description

Eurofins IT Solutions India is seeking a QA Engineer with expertise in manual and automation testing. The role involves testing web applications and web services, validating data with SQL, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery. Knowledge of C#, Selenium, and BDD frameworks is essential. Eurofins is a global leader in life sciences, offering testing services for food, environment, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, genomics, and clinical diagnostics. The IT Solutions branch in India focuses on developing LIMS, ERP/CRM systems, digital platforms, and internal IT solutions for Eurofins laboratories worldwide.

Responsibilities

Perform automation testing of web applications, web services, and complex system integration. Write test cases, ET charters, and transform requirements into actionable testing tasks. Validate data using medium to complex SQL queries. Conduct sanity, functional, exploratory, integration, and system testing. Work collaboratively with leads, functional analysts, and developers. Participate in user story reviews and provide feedback on requirements, acceptance criteria, and potential issues. Follow SDLC and STLC processes, ensuring documentation is maintained. Report, escalate, and follow up on issues or deviations from SOP. Support test schedule planning and adhere to project timelines. Participate in production releases, including weekends if needed. Contribute to continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) processes, with exposure to Docker being a plus.

Skills Required

• Technical Skills: Automation Testing: Selenium
