Job Description

We are urgently hiring Recruiters with hands-on experience in volume/bulk hiring for the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, managing a large number of openings, and ensuring timely closures. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding). Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conduct a high volume of interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person). Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet urgent and bulk hiring needs. Ensure smooth candidate experience and manage offer-to-joining process. Keep track of hiring metrics and update daily/weekly reports.

Skills Required

• Education: Any Graduate (UG) Experience: 0.6 to 3 years in recruitment (BPO/Healthcare preferred). Industry Type: BPM / BPO Role Category: Healthcare & Life Sciences – Other
