Human Resource Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in HR are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms. Support pre-onboarding and documentation process for selected candidates. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Handle initial HR interactions to assess candidate fit and interest.

Skills Required
