Job Description

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs and applications that will be deployed at client sites. The role ensures solutions meet 100% quality assurance parameters while collaborating with stakeholders, delivering timely projects, and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis & Design Understand and analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible technical designs. Study system flows, data usage, and processes to develop effective software solutions. Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and propose performance improvements. Collaborate with project managers, system analysts, and functional teams for requirement gathering. 2. Development & Coding Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development. Develop test cases, scenarios, and automation processes for validation. Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance. Ensure code quality with minimal errors and comprehensive documentation. Analyze feasibility of requirements and propose efficient solutions. 3. Testing, Reporting & Documentation Debug and test applications to ensure reliability and stability. Prepare reports on programming specifications, activities, and project status. Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments. Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and report quality risks. 4. Customer Focus & Status Reporting Capture client clarifications and provide timely updates. Maintain professional communication (emails, reports, calls) with customers. Ensure on-time delivery with smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. Participate in skill development and remain updated on new programming trends.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience with software development and testing. Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). Proficiency in designing and executing test cases. Strong root cause analysis and debugging skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
