NxtWave is looking for a Business Operations Associate Intern to support its academic and content operations. In this role, you will work at the intersection of teams, processes, and platforms to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery, maintain operational excellence, and streamline workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless learning experience for learners while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end academic and content operations with accuracy and consistency. Drive the execution of daily operational tasks through coordination and follow-ups. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely content delivery and quality standards. Maintain operational structure and clarity using tools, trackers, and dashboards. Identify and implement workflow improvements for greater efficiency. Provide accurate reports, trackers, and time-sensitive updates. Use tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and ChatGPT for reporting, communication, and workflow management. Contribute to process management and improvement initiatives. Demonstrate clear communication and active engagement with different teams.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
• Business
• or any discipline. Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas
• filters
• formatting). Ability to navigate online tools
