Job Description

Amazon is hiring for the Customer Service – International Voice Process role in Hyderabad. This position involves handling voice-based customer support for international clients, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions while delivering Amazon’s signature customer-first experience. The role requires strong English communication skills, flexibility for night shifts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via voice support for international clients. Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional customer service at all times. Ensure timely resolution of issues while following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain customer satisfaction by actively listening, troubleshooting, and addressing queries. Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary. Adhere to shift schedules, including night shifts and flexible week-offs. Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and resolution accuracy. Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

Skills Required

  • Minimum qualification: 10 + 2 (Intermediate). Any Graduate / Postgraduate is eligible. Fresher-friendly role; candidates with BPO experience will have an advantage.
